NOVO PILATES METHOD
Novo Pilates method is one of the safest ways to strengthen your muscles, enhance core strength, posture, body balance and coordination.
We have defined a training program which optimise muscle contraction reducing stress on connective tissues, making it ideal for rehabilitation. We base our workout on the proven principle that people don’t need more exercise time to get fit, they just need more intensity and controlled movement, both achieved by integrating multiple muscles at the same time.
According to the Pilates principle, we aiming to develop minor muscle groups, inner core muscles for instance, which naturally helps to strengthen major muscles groups. Therefore, when all your muscles are properly developed you will perform your workout with minimum effort and maximum ease.
