
DARIO NOVO
Dario is a highly qualified and accomplished practitioner in Therapeutic Massage, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Behavioural Medicine and Sports Injury Rehabilitation. Originally from Turin, Italy, he moved to the UK in 1996 and has since set up two practices in health and wellbeing as well as continuing his studies in Exercise and Behavioural Medicine (MSc). He has worked at Ealing Hospital, the YMCA, Kensington Therapy Centre and Nuffield Health in complementary therapies.
Dario’s vision is to make Pilates and general fitness accessible to all those wanting to maintain a healthy life balance. He presents a challenging programme within a realistic time frame, making it possible to work around a busy schedule.

KATE KLIMOVA
Kate started doing Pilates ten years ago to improve her performance as a runner and quickly found that it provided enormous benefits in terms of strength, mobility, and endurance.
Inspired by her trainers she qualified as a Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor (YMCA) and have been teaching since then.
Kate is passionate about helping people build their strength, flexibility, and confidence, and believes that Pilates is an excellent tool for doing so.

MORENA DE LEONARDIS
Morena has been teaching Pilates for over four years and has studied with Balanced Body. She has a degree in 'Movement and Sport Sciences' and has an extensive background in dance. After finishing her studies at the University of Perugia in Italy, she worked as a dance and swimming teacher and has performed for several international dance companies. She regularly attends Pilates and dance workshops to keep her up to date. Listening to and observing someone's body is the most important part of Morena's work.

MILLY GREEN
Milly is the administrator for Novo Pilates and is here to help if you have questions you may have about our studio. If you need advice on starting reformer pilates, finding a teacher for Solo or Duo sessions, or, if you are already familiar with reformer Pilates, she can advise on booking classes.

Milly is also founder of Art Movement, a contemporary art business. In 2021, she started 'Art for Life', facilitating creative therapy sessions for all ages, with a particular focus on Young People and Parent and Child.
