Solo or Duo sessions, open for people of all levels.  We’ll teach you how to fire up your core and restore your posture.  Can also be part of rehabilitation programme.

Our small group classes are maximum 5 people, for all levels of Pilates experience.  For all new clients, we require one assessment Solo session prior to booking classes. We'll teach you how to fire up your core and restore your posture, incorporating fitness with a classic Pilates workout.  Great for beginners or advanced students who want an intense workout.  Every class is different and adjusted to suit the clients' needs and gain maximum benefit.


Injuries should always be taken seriously and certain medical issues may indicate that you should not take part in exercise unless you have first obtained your doctors approval. Please complete this form before attending your first class. By submitting the form you are confirming that you understand you are fully responsible for monitoring your fitness to participate in any exercise session and that you have advised Novo Pilates of any health or medical conditions that may affect your participation. Also that you agree to the terms and conditions of Novo Pilates.
