Our small classes, maximum 5 people, enable our experienced teachers to observe and look after each individual in the group. The Novo Pilates workout is a combination of resistance training and Pilates' method. It uses the best of both - the strengthening and toning benefit of resistance training and the lengthening and postural benefits from using the Pilates equipment. Reformer Pilates is one of the safest ways to strengthen your muscles while reducing stress on joints and connective tissues, making it ideal for rehabilitation. We base our workout on the proven principle that people don’t need more exercise time to get fit, they just need more intensity. One of the keys to success in the Novo Pilates method is pushing the body toward muscle failure which, ironically, is the only proven path to successfully achieve muscle definition. The objective of the Novo Pilates method is to increase intensity by integrating multiple muscles at the same time, in order to enhance core strength, body balance and coordination.
